The Accommodation Comprises:

• 1 Double and 2 Twin Bedrooms
• Bathroom with shower over bath
• Large lounge with open fire, colour TV and HiFi system
• The farmhouse style fully fitted kitchen has hob/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine and seating for 6
• A south facing conservatory completes the relaxing ambience of the cottage.

 Facilities:

• The oil fired central heating and hot water are on a timer and are included in the cost of the let at all times of the year
• Double glazed throughout
• Electricity is extra by meter reading {first £10 free} 
• Bucket of coal supplied (more available locally)
• Bed linen and towels are generally NOT provided. Please bring sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels. There is however a store of bedlinen if required (a small charge applies).
